Neessen BV is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this statement.
What data do we process?
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide yourself, such as:
- company name and name of the contact person
- email address and phone number
- subject and content of your message
With every visit, the server — as on almost any website — records technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. This is necessary for the security and proper functioning of the website.
What do we use this data for?
- to answer your question or request and to contact you
- to handle a quotation or order if you ask for one
- for the security and technical management of the website
We process this data because it is necessary to fulfil your request or enter into an agreement with you, or because we have a legitimate interest in doing so (website security). We never sell your data and do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.
How long do we keep data?
Messages sent through the contact form or by email are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the customer relationship. Data we are legally required to keep (for example for tax purposes) is kept for as long as the law requires. Technical server data is deleted automatically after a short period.
Who do we share data with?
We only share your data with parties that help us run the website and our services, such as our hosting provider (servers in the Netherlands) and the party that maintains the website. Agreements are in place with them to protect your data. Beyond that, we only disclose data when required by law.

This website only uses necessary cookies:
- pll_language: remembers your chosen language (1 year)
- neessen_consent: remembers your cookie choice (1 year)
Some pages contain YouTube videos and a Google Maps map. These set cookies from Google and are only loaded after you give consent. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the website. We do not use cookies for statistics or advertising.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. The website uses a secure connection (https), is updated regularly and is monitored for security issues.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing or ask for your data to be transferred. Send your request to info@neessen.nl. We will respond within four weeks.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the supervisory authority in your country.
